SUP Yoga

SUP yoga is a new trend and we understand why! Practising yoga on a SUP board really gives you an extra dimension. The combination of sunlight on your body, the breathing of fresh air and practising yoga on the water is amazing. At the end you'll be meditating sitting or lying on your board and experience a pure relaxation, with your fingers in the water.
These yoga lessons guarantee a 'zen'-boost! Everyone can join a SUP yoga lesson.


SUP yoga lessons are done by yoga instructor Arenda Breevaart of Elements Enkhuizen. The lesson takes 1 hour and starts with a warming up on the beach or a short time of supping.
